Origin: Native to tropical regions of Southeast Asia, this hybrid variety of Aglaonema was developed for its beauty and resilience.
Growth: This plant has a slow to moderate growth habit and can reach a height of 30 to 60 cm. It forms a compact and attractive clump, making it an excellent choice for small spaces or as an accent plant in an interior.
Flowers: Aglaonema 'Star Shinning' may produce small, inconspicuous spadix-like flowers, but they are rarely noticed as the foliage is the plant's main attraction.
Light: This plant prefers moderate to low indirect light and tolerates low light conditions well. It is perfect for rooms without much natural light, such as offices or dimly lit living rooms.
Watering: Keep the soil slightly moist by watering regularly, but allow the substrate to dry out slightly on the surface between waterings. Avoid standing water to prevent root rot.
