I did the gold one. They were very fragile so it took us probably about 20 to 30 minutes to untangle each one. I put it on and it broke less than two minutes later, that is the case for both of them, the one that was salvageable I attempted to wear for an evening out, and it broke even more. It’s sick more time. Did you tangle it than I actually got to wear it. I was not touching it, not moving it not pulling at it. The chain is just too fragile. I am calling Amazon for a refund and they are going back -both of them.
