The Fiddle Leaf Fig (or FLF for short) is one of the most popular houseplants today, and one of our best-selling house plants! Hailing from South America, the FLF does in fact produce figs in the wild. Given the right conditions, FLF can grow up to 3 meters tall. This plant will shed its lower leaves as it grows for a more tree-like appearance as it matures.

Fun Fact

Although they are actual fig trees, it is rare that they will fruit indoors but it is not entirely impossible. In some rare cases, when grown indoors and in optimal growing environments, some growers have reported that their FLFs have produced fruit!

Care Tips:

- Fiddle Leaf Figs love bright sunlight.

- Water when the top third of the soil is completely dry

- When repotting, use a nutrient-rich and well-draining House Plant Soil 

- A tender tropical, the FLF is very sensitive to frost and cold drafts - keep away from drafty windows in the winter.

- This plant will require ample humidity to thrive and are prone to browning or crispy leaves if the space it's in is too dry.
